Michael Avenatti got busted by the cops for suspected domestic violence and all of a sudden, he cares a whole lot about the idea of “innocent until proven guilty.” How convenient. For more on that, Tammy Bruce has a must-read over at Fox.
After months of bashing President Trump and creating a platform to peddle lies about our President on behalf of hookers and lowlifes, Avenatti may have finally gotten his just desserts.
But of course he claims he’d never hurt anyone and it’s all an elaborate setup. He’s blaming conservative Jacob Wohl, the journalist behind a recent attempt to claim Special Counsel Bob Mueller was involved in a sexual abuse scandal. Gateway Pundit published the accusations, though was later forced to backpedal.
<blockquote class=”twitter-tweet” data-lang=”en”><p lang=”en” dir=”ltr”>Earlier today we were given information on accusations against former FBI Director Robert Mueller.<br><br>We took the documents down and we are currently investigating these accusations.<br><br>There are also very serious allegations against Jacob Wohl.<br>We are also looking into this.</p>— Jim Hoft (@gatewaypundit) <a href=”https://twitter.com/gatewaypundit/status/1057403877895692288?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw“>October 30, 2018</a></blockquote> <script async src=”https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js” charset=”utf-8″></script>
But given the ludicrous things Avenatti says on a regular basis, his claims of being framed feel a little farfetched.
Maybe there’s some karma in the world after all.
